Why do we use Google Fonts for Webflow?

Well, it's free!

And one of the perks of using Google Fonts, it is easily integrated into any of your Webflow projects. You can find out more on how to integrate your Google Fonts in Webflow's University.

Since Google Fonts are maintained by Google, we are confident to say that they are guaranteed safe to be used.

We have curated some Google Fonts to use for your website content in this article. (Do you know that Google has thousands of fonts in their repository?)

Roboto

This is one of the most widely used Google Font ever! According to some of the industry experts, the Roboto font is wildly versatile due to its specific use on digital platforms. It gives the users a wholesome reading experience. And it has become one of the go-to fonts for both online and print.

Poppins

Poppins is another of the fan favourites to make this list. It's geometric shapes keep the typeface readable even in small sizes. And the fact that Poppins has kind of a modern look that appeals to most designers. I don't really have much to say about Poppins but it is one of the better looking fonts available in Google Fonts.

Urbanist

Do you sometimes just scroll through multiple pages in Google Font until you've found the one? That's what I did until I got to Urbanist. I fell in love with this font and has been using it for our website and social media content for the past year. I just like the clean and contemporary look and it's kind of nice for minimalist design.

PT Sans

This was my go-to font before Urbanist came about. I like the versatility in the typeface. And this typeface can be used for both online and print.

PT Sans Font

Open Sans

One of the fonts for designers to consider for legibility purposes. They are one of the most readable fonts but one of the drawbacks is that, this font has been so overly used that for the trained eye, they instinctively know that this is Open Sans without needing a second look.
